Charis Foam and Level Measurement probes use capacitance technology to detect the early onset of foam formation in water and non-water based applications. The Charis controller can be configured to control antifoam pumps or trigger alarms.
Charis systems continue to work reliably, despite the inevitable sticky buildup of foam and product on the sensor thanks to their Intelligent Multi-Action (IMA) Sensing® Technology. The SureSense range is for water based foams, the DiFoam range is for non-water based foams such as oils, resins, and solvents, and the new MultiSense range is a unique system that can measure foam and liquid at the same time.
